Cost:
This diet can be pretty cheap considering it is not that expensive
to grab a hamburger hold the bread on the go. Also, many resturants
offer the sugar busters version of some dishes on the menu. There is not
much expensive shopping to do for things like costly protein shake
mixes or speciality foods. If eating sugar busters specific foods, i imagine it could get expensive, but shoping smart can aid in this.
